1. Service Scope

Flux AutoGlass provides mobile and in-shop auto-glass repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration throughout Arizona and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Pricing may change if vehicle details are inaccurate.
  • If insurance denies coverage, the customer may convert to self-pay at prevailing rates.

3. Payment Terms

  • Insurance jobs: we invoice carriers directly; you pay any deductible.
  • Self-pay: due on completion via card, cash, or approved financing.
  • Late payments >30 days accrue 1.5 % interest per month.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Covers leaks, wind noise, and molding issues for as long as you own the vehicle. Excludes new damage, rusted pinch-welds, and OEM part defects.

5. Appointment Windows & Cancellations

  • Arrival windows are estimates; traffic or weather may cause delays.
  • Cancel >24 h before appointment: no fee.
  • Same-day cancellation: $50 mobile dispatch fee.

6. Liability Limitation

Our liability is capped at the amount you or your insurer paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is owned or licensed by Flux AutoGlass and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to submit false claims, attempt to reverse-engineer the Site, or transmit malware.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked on our Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, AZ.
